Testing

Requirements

The ‘Electricity at Work Regulations 1989’ requires all electrical systems to be maintained to a safe standard.

To meet the requirements of the IEE regulations, all electrical systems, from the main intake through to the final fixed appliances and accessories, must be tested and inspected on a regular basis.

The frequency of this testing is dependant on the type of premises and varies between 3 months and 5 years.

Many companies struggle to complete the testing using in-house personnel due to lack of time, resources and knowledge.

What Our Services Offer

  • Achievement of regulation compliance

  • The opportunity to minimize electrical repair and maintenance costs.

  • Regular monitoring for electrical safety of fixed installations.

  • A nationwide service using qualified personnel.

  • Electrical Drawings & Circuit Plans.

Reports

All our reports and test results are issued on approved paperwork, giving the customer an easy to read and understand report with all the necessary information to hand. Reports can be tailored to meet clients’ specifications.

Tracing, Labeling & Scheduling of Electrical Installations

To assist with maintenance, we are able to trace, identify and label individual circuits throughout an installation. We can then generate detailed electrical distribution drawings and distribution board schedules. These can be issued in paper or electronic format.
