Control Panels..

At our fully equipped workshop facility we have experienced panel builders who, together with our team of Designers and Project Engineers can offer our customers a complete bespoke design service for control systems for any application either from their own specification and drawings or to our own design.

We are experienced in the design and manufacture of control systems ranging from small hard wired relay panels to complex PLC controlled drive panels. We also have knowledge of many different peripherals and drive types as well as being familiar with a wide range of control gear, process control equipment, and products from different manufacturers.

Using either 'off the shelf' or purpose designed enclosures with assembly our construction follows exacting specifications.

Design & Documentation

We have full CAD design facilities. Using the industry leading dedicated WSCAD software package we offer competitive electrical design support and full project documentation including all drawings, circuit diagrams, panel layout and manufacturers specification sheets, in either CAD, PDF or paper format.

Standards

All control panels are built to the relevant standards and are tested and inspected prior to delivery. We can offer witness testing at our workshop should the customer require it.
Customer Specific and Industry Standards can be adopted if required.
